What started as a simple solution for small-scale businesses rapidly expanded, making its mark across Pakistan. In the beginning, our founders saw the need to create a platform for small IT communities in Baloch Colony, Karachi. With minimal resources but a passion for innovation, Sowaan emerged as a key player, providing accessible workspace solutions for small enterprises.



2021

With growing demand, we expanded to our first location in Karachi, specifically in PECHS. This allowed us to cater to a broader range of clients and further solidify our commitment to enabling business growth through innovative workspace solutions.

Our next milestone came when we opened our doors at Shah re Faisal, establishing our presence in Mehdi Tower. Operating on both the 8th and 9th floors, this move signaled our ability to meet workspace needs for businesses on a national and international scale.
